A truly classic expression, La Fee is the first absinthe produced after France's 1914-15 production ban was lifted. It's created in collaboration with Marie-Claude Delahaye, the founder of the French Absinthe Museum. It is the only absinthe endorsed by the museum, and each distillation is approved by Delahaye. With a blend of nine herbs and spices used in the distillation process, La Fee shows notes of fennel, licorice, and a hint of coriander. It's fresh and well-rounded on the palate with hints of mint and angelica to frame the aromatics. Your next "speakeasy" party needs this bottle!
