Aged in Sherry cask and bottled at 48% abv this opens with sea salty mineral notes, campfire smoke and cocoa nibs. A bit like a Smore without the graham cracker. Hints of chili spice on the palate blends beautifully with the ashy peat. Touches of vanilla and citrus keep this from going too far in any one direction. You'll find notes of dried fruits on the finish, where the Sherry casks really shine.
