Los Vecinos Del Campo Ensamble No. 1 Mezcal

A new label with plenty of old talent, Los Vecinos Mezcal made big waves with their first release in 2018. Los Vecinos brings together 10 master mezcaleros in a collaborative effort, sharing knowledge and experience. Carmen Villarreal, CEO and owner of Casa San Matias (one of the oldest tequila distilleries in Mexico) is leading the project in partnership with the Sazerac Company right here in the US. Distilled in small batches using the same time-honored techniques passed down through generations, the entire line has proven to be truly special, but the Ensamble No.1 is our current favorite.
