While you may not think of Italy when you first think "Gewurztraminer," though wineries in Trentino/Alto Adige are producing some great expressions of this grape! This beauty is bursting with flavors! It's got tropical fruits such as lychee and a hint of pineapple balanced by pears, rosehips, spice and a wisp of cooked sugar. A great entry-level grappa for those who are interested, but slightly apprehensive about un-aged Italian spirits.
