In 1996, the Sherwins purchased 30 acres at the top of Spring Mountain and began their Wine Country adventure. In late 1999, Sherwin Family Vineyards released their first wine, a 1996 Spring Mountain Cabernet Sauvignon.
Cellar Scraps #15 is comprised of a blend of the 2017 and 2018 vintages. This wine consists of about 70% Cabernet Sauvignon with the rest being of Petite Sirah, Syrah, Merlot and Cabernet Franc. We are happy to offer this delicious blend for you to enjoy with your family and friends.
