What is Pick 6?

Each Pick 6 offer focuses on one single, highly rated wine from the best wine growing regions in the world, that we sell in 6-packs at great savings to you.


Is shipping included with my purchase?

Yes! Your purchase price includes standard shipping. Some restrictions do apply.


Where’s my wine?

We know you are excited to get your wine and we’re excited to send it to you. However, some deliveries may take longer than others, depending on where the wine is going, shipping information, and zip code. Rest assured all wines should arrive to you within a couple of weeks of order placement.


It’s hot outside, is my shipment safe?

Most orders travel in refrigerated trucks to your local hub, then are delivered next day service by a local carrier. We have had great experience with product safety using this method.


When will it ship and when will it arrive?

Your wine will ship within 4 business days from the time you ordered. In-transit shipping can be up to an additional 5 business days, depending on your location.


Where’s my tracking information?

Shipment tracking may be delayed, depending on where we are shipping your wine. In some cases you may have tracking with no status. This status will update once your shipment reaches your closest regional delivery hub. See “How do I get updates?” For directions on how to login to your account and see tracking.


Why do I need to be there to sign?

Every state requires proof of age to accept delivery of wine. We suggest making the delivery address somewhere that an adult 21 years or older is available to sign for the delivery. A wine locker or your place of your business works well.
