Steeped in rich cultural history, the native spirit of Chihuahua is a lot like its cousins, Tequila and Mezcal. Also known as desert spoon, Sotol grows in abundance in the southwestern USA and northern Mexico. From the high desert slopes of the Sierra Madre Mountains, the hearts of this plant are wild-harvested and double distilled in copper pots, similar to Mezcal production. Por Siempre has a beautifully floral and citrus nose with hints of smoke, and a black pepper and herbaceous palate with a balanced finish. Find out what our neighbors to the south have known for generations: this is amazing stuff.
