This 6-year-old rye is the cream of the crop of what Jimmy and Eddie produce. Heavy aromas of spiced toffee, vanillin, cinnamon and clove lead into a warm, sweet finish of brown sugar, salted caramel and toasted nuts. With only a small portion of their total production dedicated to rye, there's not much to go around. Time to strike while the iron is hot!
