In my youth I worked my way up the food chain of Napa Valley restaurants, culminating in the GM position of a Michelin Star Restaurant. My other role was selling wholesale fine wines, spirits, and beers to the toughest, most competitive audience in the business: Napa and Sonoma Valley restaurant and wine shop owners. Along the way I became a Certified Sommelier with The Court of Master Sommeliers.
