The 2019 Adaptation Cabernet Sauvignon offer wonderful layers of crushed black fruits, cassis and wild blackberry aromas. Full-boded, yet still elegant on the palate. Offering ripe blueberry, dark cherries with soft and velvety tannins.  The wine is approachable now but will cellar nicely over the next 10 years.
