It’s a modern experiment based on historical precedent that puts Father Time in the back seat and produces an aged whiskey with a lot less aging. A happy side effect of their proprietary system is that it uses less than 3% of the wood, 1% of the energy and a fraction of the water required by traditional barrel aging. Bespoken’s emphasis is on taste, product, sustainability and value over tradition. The result is undeniably (if surprisingly) delicious.
